ArtePosh wants every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because many ArtePosh handbags are handcrafted and hand-painted, each piece may include natural variations in color, texture, brushwork, weave, and finish. These variations are part of the character of handmade artisan goods and are not considered defects.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To start a return, contact ArtePosh through the Contact Us page or email josie@arteposh.com with your name, order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Returns must be authorized by ArtePosh before the item is shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition received
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke exposure, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, accessories, inserts, and included materials, when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless required by law:
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items
- Items damaged after delivery due to use, handling, storage, cleaning, alteration, or attempted repair
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number until your return has been processed. ArtePosh is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges, upgraded shipping charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless ArtePosh determines that the return resulted from our error.
Refunds
After your return is received, ArtePosh will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow processing time for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund after it has been issued.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet this policy, ArtePosh may deny the refund or offer a partial refund at its discretion.
Exchanges
Because many ArtePosh pieces are individually made and limited in quantity, exchanges are subject to availability.
If you would like a different item, contact ArtePosh as soon as possible. In many cases, the fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ArtePosh within three calendar days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping box or mailer, shipping label, and packaging materials when damage occurred during shipment
Please do not discard the item or packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact ArtePosh as soon as possible after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
