Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ArtePosh, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Many of our handbags are individually handcrafted and hand-painted works of art, and our goal is to ensure that each piece reaches you safely and beautifully.

Where We Ship

ArtePosh currently ships to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.

We generally accept orders shipping to:

Shipping to United States territories may be available when a shipping option is presented during checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an unsupported international delivery address may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully processed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional events, severe weather, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our normal operations. If we anticipate a material delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation does not mean that an order has shipped. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation when your package has been prepared for shipment.

Shipping Methods

Most ArtePosh orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, typically using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

ArtePosh may use another reputable carrier when reasonably necessary based on the order's destination, package dimensions, product value, or service availability.

The shipping methods and charges available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

ArtePosh offers free standard shipping on eligible United States orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more.

The $75 minimum is calculated:

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited or upgraded delivery services, when available, may require an additional charge.

Orders Under $75

For orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal below $75, the applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping charges may be based on the package weight, dimensions, destination, selected service, and current carrier rates.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most standard USPS shipments are expected to arrive approximately 2-5 business days after the carrier accepts the package.

This estimated transit time is separate from ArtePosh's order-processing period. For example, an order may require up to three business days for processing before it enters the carrier's delivery network.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, remote areas, or United States territories may require additional transit time.

Delivery dates displayed during checkout, in order confirmations, or through carrier tracking are estimates unless the selected shipping service expressly states otherwise. ArtePosh cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to display movement after a shipping label has been created. A shipping confirmation means the package has been prepared for carrier pickup or acceptance; it may not mean that the carrier has scanned the package into its network.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their packages.

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any applicable apartment, suite, unit, building, or access information.

To request an address correction or order cancellation, contact ArtePosh as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or by emailing josie@arteposh.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

ArtePosh cannot redirect or modify a package after it has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to ArtePosh because of:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to determine whether the order should be reshipped. Additional shipping charges may apply when the return resulted from an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim the package, or another circumstance outside ArtePosh's control.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, staffing limitations, peak holiday volume, incorrect routing, security restrictions, or other circumstances outside ArtePosh's control.

Please contact us if:

ArtePosh will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, coordinate with the shipping carrier or initiate an eligible carrier claim. Carrier investigations and insurance claims may require additional documentation and processing time.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Carrier tracking may occasionally show a package as delivered shortly before it is physically received.

When a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
  2. Check around all entrances, porches, mailboxes, parcel lockers, garages, and other protected delivery areas.
  3. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or property managers whether they accepted the package.
  4. Allow one additional business day for delivery.
  5. Contact the local carrier office using the tracking number.

If the package remains missing, contact ArtePosh within seven calendar days of the recorded delivery date. We will assist with reviewing the shipment and determining the appropriate next steps.

Resolution may depend on the tracking record, carrier investigation, delivery confirmation, available insurance coverage, and the circumstances of the shipment.

Damaged Packages or Missing Contents

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, has missing contents, or appears to have been opened during transit, contact ArtePosh within three calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

Do not discard the product, shipping container, or packaging materials while the matter is being reviewed. The carrier may require those materials for inspection or claim documentation.

Signature Confirmation

ArtePosh may require an adult or recipient signature for certain orders based on the value of the merchandise, delivery destination, fraud-prevention considerations, or carrier requirements.

When signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the package or for arranging pickup or redelivery with the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. When an order is divided into multiple shipments, separate tracking information may be provided.

Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping solely because ArtePosh elects to divide an order into multiple packages.
